The view from Positive Psychology is that everyone has their own ‘personal best’ strengths and that they will thrive and be more productive if they can craft their lives to spend more time on them. This idea is particularly important in the economy of the 21st century where creativity, innovation and reinvention of roles are crucial.
In this public lecture, Professor Rod Nicolson (Head of Psychology at Edge Hill University) aims to include the role of talent diversity to broaden the scope of diversity as a whole. He will demonstrate that a culture which celebrates and promotes talent diversity can lead the way to individual and societal success.
