The Creative Writing Programme at Edge Hill University present Kirsty Gunn

Kirsty Gunn’s most recent short story collection, Infidelities, was the winner of the Edge Hill Prize 2015, and was also shortlisted for the Frank O’Connor International Short Story Award. With roots in New Zealand and Scotland, Gunn is drawn to themes of memory, place and identity, crossing between fictional territory and the essay form. Her latest publication, My Katherine Mansfield Project, reflects on the meaning of literary influence, and what it means to go back home.
