Routes into Education and Working with Young People is a series of events for those looking at the different pathways Edge Hill University can offer towards a very rewarding career

Whether a return to study is going to be the start of something new for you, maybe a complete change of career direction, or a way of moving on in your current job you are welcome to attend.

The event held at the Ormskirk Campus, will focus on routes into teaching and education at Edge Hill University. If you’re aspiring to become a teacher and don’t feel you have the relevant qualifications to access a teacher training programme or degree, this event is for you.

There will be talks taking you through the very basic requirements right through to postgraduate study. So whether you are starting from scratch or are already at an advanced level there will be information relevant to you.

You will be able to listen to presentations on issues such as student finance, hear student perspectives on Higher Education, receive advice and guidance and find out what it is like to return to study at Edge Hill University.

Following this event there will be a general Faculty of Education Open Evening. Here you will be able to chat to the tutors from the various programmes as well as advisors from support services such as Finance and Accommodation.
