Informal Talk for Prospective Nursing Students

15th May 2013, 3:30pm - 5:00pm

Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine

An informal talk for prospective nursing students is being held on Wednesday 15th May 2013 at the Ormskirk Campus, commencing promptly at 3:30pm.

Whether you wish to specialise in adult nursing, children’s nursing, mental health or learning disabilities, or if you’re unsure of your preferred route, the talks are a great opportunity to find out more about our pre-registration nursing courses that could enable you to work as a nurse in a variety of settings and be eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Housing some of the best facilities for health undergraduates in the country, the Faculty of Health and Social Care’s state-of-the-art learning resources are second to none, with leading edge clinical skills facilities including ward simulations with industry standard equipment.

The talk will include a presentation followed by an informal question
and answer session. There is also the option to join a campus tour and
attend a student finance talk. The campus tour departs from the Faculty
of Health and Social Care at 12:30pm and the student finance talk takes
place at 3pm.
