Informal Talk for Prospective Midwifery Students

13th Mar 2013, 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine

An informal talk for prospective midwifery students is being held on Wednesday 13th March 2013 at the Ormskirk Campus, commencing promptly at 4pm.

It’s a great opportunity to find out more about our pre-registration midwifery degree that enables students to develop into competent and accountable midwives, with professional, leadership, management and project skills, eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Housing some of the best facilities for health undergraduates in the country, the Faculty of Health and Social Care’s state-of-the-art learning resources are second to none, with leading edge clinical skills facilities including ward simulations with industry standard equipment.

The talk will include a presentation followed by an informal question
and answer session. There is also the option to join a campus tour and
attend a student finance talk. The campus tour departs from the Faculty
of Health and Social Care at 3pm and the student finance talk takes
place at 5pm.
