Conference for newly qualified teachers in primary and secondary schools
The March conference programme includes keynote speaker, Dr Mary Bousted, General Secretary, Association of Teachers and Lecturers, well known for her TV and radio appearances. The programme of workshops includes areas such as ‘Preparing for Ofsted,’ ‘Every Child Counts,’ intervention programme and ‘Successful Behaviour Management in the Secondary School,’ and many more. Workshops are delivered by leaders in their field such as Lisa Miller, secondary behaviour consultant, Practical Tactics and Linda Lavagna-Slater and Susie Nicholson, National Advisors for Every Child Counts.
The Conference is free to Edge Hill University QTS graduates. The cost to delegates who have gained QTS through other providers, experienced teachers and members of the ATL will be £75.
