Short Cuts Cinema screens Dredd in the Studio Theatre. Directed by Peter Travis (2012) and set in a violent, futuristic city where the police have all authority.


In a violent, futuristic city where the police have the
authority to act as judge, jury and executioner, a cop teams with a trainee to
take down a gang that deals the reality-altering drug, SLO-MO. Dredd and his inexperienced sidekick are
forced to bring order to a 200-story high-rise block of flats and deal with its
resident drug lord.
