Informal Talk for Prospective Midwifery Students

16th Jan 2013, 1:30pm - 3:00pm

Faculty of Health and Social Care

An informal talk for prospective midwifery students is being held on Wednesday 16th January 2013 at the Ormskirk Campus, commencing promptly at 1:30pm.

It’s a great opportunity to find out more about our pre-registration midwifery degree that enables students to develop into competent and accountable midwives, with professional, leadership, management and project skills, eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Housing some of the best facilities for health undergraduates in the country, the Faculty of Health and Social Care’s state-of-the-art learning resources are second to none, with leading edge clinical skills facilities including ward simulations with industry standard equipment.

The talk will include a presentation followed by an informal question and answer session. There is also the option to join a campus tour before attending the talk. The campus tour departs from the Faculty of Health and Social Care at 12:30pm.
