The Faculty of Health is holding an open evening at the Ormskirk Campus on Wednesday 2nd March 2011 from 5pm-7pm.
The Faculty of Health is one of the main providers of education for health and social care professionals in the North West, offering a range of courses for students who want to work in health and social care.
This open evening is a great opportunity for you to find out more about training as a nurse, midwife, operating department practitioner or paramedic. You can also get more information on our range of degrees, foundation degrees and progression routes in applied health and social care.
Housing some of the best facilities for health undergraduates in the country, the faculty’s state-of-the-art learning resources are second to none, with leading edge clinical skills facilities including ward simulations with industry standard equipment.
The open evening will give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the faculty’s courses, learn more about the application process and find out what financial support you could be entitled to while studying. The event is likely to be particularly useful if you’re interested in one of the limited number of places available for an April 2011 start on our pre-registration nursing degrees.
