Please be advised that the Short Cuts Cinema Screenings are temporarily postponed whilst we upgrade the cinema equipment.

Where The Wild Things Are (Spike Jonze, 2009) will be screened on Thursday 2nd December 2010 at 7:30pm in the Studio Theatre. The film is a PG certificate.

Where the Wild Things Are, a classic story about childhood and the places we go to figure out the world we live in. The film tells the story of Max, a rambunctious and sensitive boy who feels misunderstood at home and escapes to where the Wild Things are. Max lands on an island where he meets mysterious and strange creatures whose emotions are as wild and unpredictable as their actions.

  • Running time: 101 minutes
  • Tickets: £3.00 / £2.50 concs. Entry is on a first come, first served basis.  However, tickets can be booked in advance by calling 01695 584480.
