Edge Hill University delivers a number of programmes at the Professional Excellence Centre in Bromborough.
- If you work in an educational setting and support pupils in their learning, the BA (Hons) Teaching, Learning and Mentoring Practice degree will allow you to align what you do with theories supporting why you do it;
- Pathways to Early Years Professional Status are available, giving you the opportunity to have your expertise as a practitioner and a professional leader recognised with the Children’s Workforce Development Council;
- FdA Early Years Leadership is designed for existing workers in early years settings who see themselves as Early Years Professionals working towards a career within early years education. You’ll gain a solid academic grounding and improve your current working knowledge and understanding as an effective early years practitioner.
- If you are currently working in a non-teaching role in a school, FdA Professional Development will develop your existing skills and knowledge of working in schools to give you an official qualification that could help boost your career prospects.
If you want to find out more about any of these courses, our open evening in Bromborough is for you. Tutors will be on-hand to offer advice and guidance on the programmes available and you’ll be able to learn about the application process, funding and more.
The open evening takes place on Tuesday 19th October 2010, 4pm-7pm, at the Professional Excellence Centre – view directions. There’s no need to book in advance but please note this open evening is only for Edge Hill University’s courses available on the Wirral.
