Dr Alex George, the UK Young People Mental Health Ambassador, author of number 1 Sunday Times bestseller ‘Live Well Every Day’, and star of reality TV show Love Island, comes to Edge Hill University to help launch the Tackling the Blues toolkit which supports community organisations, charities and universities to develop student led knowledge exchange programmes which support the mental health of children and young people.

Tackling the Blues is delivered in partnership with Edge Hill University, Tate Liverpool and Everton in the Community. The Tackling the Blues project is funded by the Office for Students (OfS) and Research England with support from the Premier League Charitable Fund.
