Edge Hill University is seeking to achieve the European Commission’s ‘HR Excellence in Research Award’. The subsequent action plan has been aligned with staff policies and will be fully integrated into the University’s forthcoming Human Resources Strategy. The University’s Academic Career Development Working Group will oversee the implementation of the action plan.
In accordance with the Trade Union (Facility Time Publications Requirements) Regulations 2017, the University is required to publish information relating to facility time on an annual basis. The date for the first reporting period is 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018.
The aim of this strategy is to describe the approach the University will take to the leadership, management and development of staff over the next five years.
