Access & Participation Plan
An access and participation plan is a document setting out how the university intends to safeguard and promote fair access to higher education through its outreach work, financial support etc. It also includes targets and milestones, set by the university/college itself.
Carbon Management Plan
This Carbon Management Plan defines the steps the Edge Hill University will take to change its practices, so that carbon reduction becomes embedded in management decisions and to undertake interventions and projects that will lead directly to emissions reduction.
Car Parking Policy
This Policy outlines the provisions and measures for effectively managing traffic and car parking on the University’s Ormskirk campus.
Collaborative Provision Strategy

Health, Safety and Environmental Policy
The Policy delineates the University’s commitment to the health, safety and environment and the roles and responsibilities of staff and students in relation to safety. The University proposes to fulfil our safety and environmental management responsibilities through developing clear management policies and implementing effective procedures across the University.

Environmental Management Strategy

Facilities Management Policy for maintaining roads pathways and amenity areas during adverse weather conditions, it was published in July 2017.
Serious Incident Reporting Policy
This policy aims to provide guidance on how to approach and deal with the reporting of a Serious Incident or matter and, for staff and contractors of the University, should be read in conjunction with the University’s Whistleblowing Policy.

Purpose of the Student Protection Plan is to preserve the continuation and quality of study for all our students.
Refund and Compensation Policy
The Refund and Compensation Policy is a document that sets out how we will deal with refunds and compensation in a certain set of circumstances. It applies to all students registered at the University, including those who have formally interrupted their studies.
Policy on Consultancy & Other Work for Outside Bodies
This policy sets out the rules and procedures that must be followed when members of staff seek to undertake consultancy work and other work for outside bodies, either as a University activity or in a private, personal capacity.
