Professional learning CPD pathway amendment form

Please use this form to request any amendments to the pathway of a Professional Learning (CPD) student. This form allows you to make up to four module changes per academic year.

Use the dropdown ‘Module type’ menu to indicate if the module is one that is due to be studied (eg core or optional), or if it is being used as Credit Transfer (a module previously studied at Edge Hill University) or RPL (a module studied at another institution).
