Technical enquiries

For all technical enquiries contact the Catalyst Helpdesk virtually via email or live chat.  Helpdesk staff are available weekdays between 8am and 8pm and weekends between 10am and 6pm. They will either answer your question or triage you to the appropriate team.

You can also access Ask Us our online knowledge base 24/7 which contains a wide range of frequently asked questions about using the learning technologies.

Academic skills support (UniSkills)

1-2-1 appointments

If you would like to book a virtual 1-2-1 academic skills appointment you can do so in the usual way, as outlined on the UniSkills webpages, or book direct below.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. If you cannot find a suitable date/time then please get in touch.
