Menu Selection

Sages Restaurant offers a full range of dishes for the early risers into the evening. Backed by a full team of chefs, Sages offers a bacon sandwiches from £2.20, bean to cup coffees, Curries from £3.10, home made soups from £1.45, a full salad bar, jacket potatoes to a fast food range into the evening. Sages offers something for everyone from 7am through to 9pm.

Breakfast Menu

We offer the best start to your morning, a full English Breakfast (from £2.75) is complimented with fresh fruit, porridge and cereals. Toast, croissant and preserves are always available. If a bacon sandwich is the order of the day this is also available. Sages offers a toast your own section which is a popular addition.

Fresh Bean to Cup Coffees

Choose from your favourite Latte, Cappuccino, Americano or Hot Chocolate. Fresh teas are also available. The full range of bean to cup coffees available throughout the day.

Today’s Choices

The current weeks choice of hot choices will be available the Friday before. Look out for the following weeks choices the Friday before. Please note: there may be times when circumstances mean that dishes may be substituted If you have any questions regarding allergens please speak to a member of the catering staff.

Salad and Jacket Potato Bar

Available straight after breakfast. A fresh choice of salads and cold choices from £2.50 A freshly baked jacket potato with your choice of hot or cold fillings from 99p.

Omelette, Pasta or Street Food Bar

Throughout the year a different choice is available from freshly made omelettes, pastas, loaded fries, Yorkshire Pudding wraps and much more.

Cold Drinks

A wide selection of cold drinks available throughout from the classics to guest drinks throughout the year. But once they’ve gone they’ve gone!

Into the Evening

A full American diner style food is available after 6pm each night, from Zinger Burgers to Onion rings, something for everyone if you are on your way home or going back to your halls of residence. (Term time only).
