Gender and Equal Pay Report
Since 2017, any organisation that has 250 or more employees must publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap. The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women, expressed relative to men’s earnings. Data from Edge Hill University is available on our website.
The HR Annual Report presents workforce data and analytics to compliment evidence, insights and identified themes which we regularly review to continuously improve and strengthen our community. The latest annual report is available to view online.
Monitor and reporting
As part of our monitoring of equality, diversity and inclusion; we carry out equality impact assessments on progression processes, new policies or amended policies and the management of organisational change. This supports us to forecast possible risks and take appropriate action, such as removing or mitigating any negative impacts, where possible, and maximise any potential for positive impact.
