Are you interested in engaging with scholarly and research-related activities or policy, relating to the broadly defined area of Children’s Agency and Rights in Education?
In Autumn 2023 we are relaunching the Children’s Agency and Rights in Education after a short break so are reaching out to like-minded individuals to come and join us. We are a friendly, welcoming network consisting of students, practitioner colleagues, early career and more established researchers, all working to explore and influence children’s rights and wellbeing. Our aim is to create an intellectually stimulating and inclusive environment to bring together anyone who has an interest in engaging with research-related activities and policy.
Via the network we will be offering a regular seminar series, a bi-monthly reading group, fortnightly ‘join us and write’ sessions and more informal research support through ‘buddy’ pairings. Read our blog for more information on the impact of our reading group.

If you are interested in joining us please get in touch with either of the co-convenors, who are both based in the Faculty of Education at Edge Hill University.
