Widening your local placement experience

One of the fantastic aspects about our Partnership is that we work with a wide variety of schools and settings and can provide additional school opportunities to enhance our trainee’s development and knowledge of the education provision across the North West. Most of our Early Years, Primary and Secondary ITE programmes include the opportunity for a short SEND focused placement. Observational placement experience provides you with the opportunity to learn more about how the learning of all pupils is supported in school. Within our Secondary Programmes we work with a variety of Pupil Referral Units, SEND schools and Alternative Provision providers across the North West for Professional Practice Placements, including Everton Free School and Harmonize Academy. These experiences will provide you with exposure to a diverse range of teaching approaches within often very supportive and creative environments.
