Dr John Bostock is a Senior Lecturer in Teaching and Learning and Development. He has over thirty years’ experience of teaching and learning within Further and Higher Education settings. His research interests include the significance of social interaction in on-line learning, transitions in 14-19 education, conceptualisations of teacher education in professional training and the use of technology in enhancing the quality and impact of teaching, learning and assessment.
John is a National Teaching Fellow and Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PFHEA) and in his current role he is the Accreditation Lead of the Edge Hill University CPD Scheme (UKPSF), Module Leader THE7002 and Coordinator of the University Learning and Teaching Fellowship.
