The Learning and Teaching and SOLSTICE Fellowship scheme is integral to Edge Hill’s desire to develop and recognise excellence in teaching and learning within the University, it is designed to:
– Recognise and support excellence in teaching for learning
– Strengthen the implementation of the Institutional Learning and Teaching Strategy
– Contribute to the enhancement of professional development and enhancement of the student experience.
Fellowships provide an opportunity to achieve personal and professional development and to share good practice across the institution. There will be opportunities to impact on the future direction of learning and teaching strategies and contribute to the expanding base of scholarship of learning and teaching and applied research at Edge Hill. All Fellows are required to make a contribution to the CLT professional development series and/or conferences.
For this round of Fellowship you will work alongside the Associate Dean and Senior Fellows on activities related to agreed faculty priorities. As such, the application is structured to ensure that this is given due consideration.
Learning support roles:
Please note, this opportunity is open to staff in learning support roles and applicants should contact their Senior Manager/Dean for support with their application.
The Senior Fellows are also a source of guidance when making your application.
