In today’s global market it is increasingly desirable for students to have experience of different countries and cultures, and studying in the UK will give you a major advantage. Qualifications gained in the UK have global recognition and the experience and skills you will gain from studying here will provide you with qualities appreciated by employers worldwide.
At the Business School we value the contribution all our students make to create an interesting and diverse environment. We are committed to developing a community that brings together full-time, part time and international students, University staff and employers, all engaged in knowledge and skills development at undergraduate, postgraduate and research level. When international students join the
School they become part of this community and the support it provides.
Many universities today recruit very large numbers of international students onto their business and computing programmes. By selecting fewer students the School is able to provide more support to students and the opportunity to take up a work-placement as part of their course, supported by an academic member of staff. So if you are a strong academic student, looking for an interesting and supportive environment that gives you the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge to the real world of work, then Edge Hill Business School is the right choice for you.
Support From Our Centre for International Education
Edge Hill welcomes students from all over the world to its programmes. The Centre for International Education supports students from overseas from their first enquiry to graduation, and beyond.
They will be here to welcome you when you arrive at the University, and will help introduce you to both life and study in the UK and support you throughout the course. They can offer helpful advice on most aspects of your stay in the UK, such as assistance with visa enquiries or simply helping you plan trips in the UK and Europe.
The University offers a range of scholarships for international students, ranging from highly competitive and prestigious awards based on academic attainment through to awards aimed at attracting specific international applicants.
