Renio Cronje is a third year Business and Management (International Business) student who is combining his interest in international management and business with his passion and skill for cooking. Using the skills he has learnt while studying at the University, Renio has set up his own small business that raises awareness of healthy eating and runs workshops to teach basic cookery skills.
At the 2012 Edge Hill University Freshers event, Renio hosted a series of interactive demonstrations to show other students how easy it is to produce high-quality and nutritional food.
Renio is also thinking ahead to when he graduates and already has some ideas for some products connected to his business. However remembering what he was taught while studying Business Strategy and International Marketing, he is keeping those ideas a secret until he has patented them.
