Your Visit

It does not matter if you are a regular, or a first-time visitor to the Arts Centre, you can always be sure of a warm welcome from our staff.

Whether you are a member of public, student, staff, school or visiting theatre company, the Arts Centre has an excellent reputation for caring about its customers.

In particular, Box Office staff are always happy to take the time to answer any questions about the facilities, performances – or discuss the programme in more detail, offering recommendations on what to see to suit your tastes – as well as suggestions of shows that you might well enjoy, or may be a new type of experience.

Our Front of House team endeavours to ensure that audience members have an enjoyable time during their visit to the Arts Centre, in a safe and comfortable environment. They offer assistance to those who may have mobility or other difficulties, and are on-hand to answer any queries.
