Following on from the highly successful Feel Good February 2019, the University is again providing a similar opportunity to experience a range of events tailored to the broad themes of Health and Wellbeing during the month of February.

During the month, and in conjunction with a number of departments within the university, there will be a range of seminars and events covering everything from mental health through to various forms of therapy to a Fika Friday celebration.  I do hope you find these opportunities interesting and helpful and that you are able to take advantage of as many of the sessions that interest you as possible.
