The international CRM system is used to communicate with enquirers and applicants via email. By using the CRM our aim is to build trust with prospective students and build and maintain a relationship. In turn, this plays a crucial role in converting interest into application, and applications into firm-choice students.
The Budget Monitoring and Salary Costing Database service collates costing data from ResourceLink via Payroll on a monthly basis and provides a system for comparison against figures in the core Finance system. The system then provides the facility to export the complete data as an XML file into Collaborative Planning.
