There's 24 hour PC access, free wireless internet across campus and specialist help teams to support students with a range of academic skills. Whether you're studying on campus or at a distance, we have the facilities and resources to support you.
The University Library stocks thousands of books, journals and other materials, as well as more than 160 workstations, 500 study spaces including bookable rooms, and range of learning spaces, including social space, quiet study and a silent room
You can access the internet, study on your own or in a group, or just relax with a coffee. The Ask desk on the 1st floor is our specialist help desk helping students with queries around academic skills, using eResources and support for SpLD. The library is open until midnight Monday – Friday during term time.
Learning Innovation Centre
Complementing the University library, the Learning Innovation Centre (LINC) contains an array of IT equipment, including over 200 PCs. There is 24/7 access to PCs in the LINC.
The LINC also offers extensive industry-standard facilities for media students, including a high definition camera television studio, Digi Design Protools for audio post-production, and a 3D digital animation workshop.
