Our highly skilled CPD team of experienced and motivated lecturers offer a range of training to the whole health workforce. We also offer a number of stand-alone modules.

Strategic Health Authority Funded Modules (PQF)

The Post Qualification Framework has been set up in conjunction with Northwest Strategic Health Authority, Local NHS Trusts and PCTs, Edge Hill, John Moores University, University of Chester and University of Liverpool . The Framework provides a modular structure for all professional health and social care staff under their remit. Modules will be funded by the Strategic Health Authority and can be studied on a stand alone basis or towards a post qualification award.

Complex Health Care Workshops

Are you caring for a child with health care needs?

If you are a parent or carer of a child or young person with complex health care needs we can offer you free workshops to develop support skills in various areas.

The workshops, run in partnership with Derian House Children's Hospice, are a great opportunity to meet other families, talk to professionals and learn or update practical skills.
