A number of our undergraduate programmes are offered on a part-time basis. If you wish to study on one of these courses, or a postgraduate programme excluding PGCEs, you will need to apply directly to Edge Hill University.

Early Years Professional Status (EYPS)

- The Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) has announced the continuation of the EYPS programme but Edge Hill University, along with all other EYPS providers, is awaiting confirmation of how the programme will be delivered and what the eligibility criteria will be. The CWDC has indicated the next intake may start from January 2012;
- In this interim period until these details are confirmed, Edge Hill University is keen to accept expressions of interest from potential EYPS students. All expressions of interest will be held on a reserve list in date order and those on the reserve list will be contacted when we receive further information from CWDC;
- To register your interest, please contact Lindy Jones on 01695 650806, or email lindy.jones@edgehill.ac.uk. You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, email address, employment details and current qualifications. The University will provide you with an email confirmation that your contact details are held on the reserve list and this should be retained.

Flexible Study
If you wish to join an undergraduate degree programme that is available by flexible study you will need to complete an Edge Hill University undergraduate application form (pdf) and view the notes for guidance (pdf).
Programmes that are available by the flexible route entail attending a class during the daytime and undertaking some independent study. This route enables you to work towards the full qualification or just study modules that you are interested in.
