Hazel Devereux - Inclusion Manager

'Hi, I'm Hazel Devereux and I'm the Inclusion Manager. My job is to advise students on the wide range of support we have at Edge Hill University. I also help students to apply for Disabled Students Allowance, organise needs assessments, and secure appropriate personal and academic support.

Carol Swift - Inclusion Officer

Hi. My name is Carol Swift and I am the Sensory Support Adviser. My job is to provide a range of support and advice for students with visual or hearing impairments including advice on Needs Assessments and the provision of academic and personal support. I am based in the Student Information Centre and can be contacted by telephone or email or by calling into the SIC. The service is completely confidential so please come and see me.

Daniel Robinson - Inclusion Officer

Hello there, we are the senior facilitators. Our role is to advise and assist students with the application for Disabled Students Allowance, provide information on needs assessments and then aim to put in place appropriate support, based on the recommendations within the needs assessment. Once the support is in place we act as a first point of contact for students with any issues regarding the University.

Jayne Faraday - Inclusion Officer

I am the first point of contact for the Inclusion Team. Our aim is to offer individually tailored support to students with additional needs. If you need advice or assistance, please don’t hesitate to call me and I can arrange an appointment for you to speak to one of the Advisory Team.
