Kate McAdam - Accommodation Manager
Kate is available to see students in connection with any aspect of student accommodation, on or off campus. Please drop in or make an appointment to see her by ringing 01695 584253 (internal ext: 4253).
Kate has responsibility for managing the Halls of Residence and provides a network of support for resident students, working together with the Resident Hall Managers and 17 Student Assistants. Student Assistants are appointed as a 'first point of contact' for resident students and work together with Resident Hall Managers to offer guidance and support.

Karen Jones - Accommodation Officer
I am part of the Accommodation Team, a small and friendly team who have lots of experience in the housing profession. I work every day until 1.15. We operate an open door policy and encourage all students to drop in to discuss any accommodation related issues or queries you may have regardless of where you may live. The team not only allocate and manage the halls of residence on campus, we also provide a comprehensive support and information service for students both living in, and looking for accommodation off campus.
We are based in the Student Information Centre and our office hours are from 8.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
