Complaints

If you have not been satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact the person responsible for that service or if you are not sure who you should speak to contact Joan Blee on 01694 584395, or email StuServAdmin@edgehill.ac.uk or alternatively call in to the Student Information Desk in the SIC and ask to speak to one of our team.

Should you still not be satisfied then please make a formal complaint by filling in the form available from the Student Information Desk in the Student Information Centre which should be submitted to one of the Student Information officers.
