We offer a range of party packages to cater for children aged 6 years and upward. Our parties can be tailor made to suit your sporting requirements. We will always try and make your child’s party a special day and an event to remember. All parties are for two-hours duration with 90 minutes exclusive use of the sports hall followed by 30 minutes in the party room. All parties cater for a maximum of 30 children.
Children must be aged 6 years or over on the day of the party to attend. In addition we request all children who attend the party must be within a two-year age band. If anyone attends outside this age band they may be asked to not take part in certain activities if it is deemed unsafe, either to themselves or others by Sporting Edge.

Activities Offered
A variety of sports are available for you to choose during your time in the sports hall including:

- Short Tennis
- Badminton
If you’d prefer another sport or activity please ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
You can select up to three activities for your party to give your guests a flavour for different sports.

Party Supervision
There must be a ratio of at least 1 adult for every 15 children during the activities, These adults can be provided by either the party organiser or Sporting Edge can also take the stress out of running the sports activities and allow you to relax and have fun by providing qualified party supervisors. You can even have a mixture of a party supervisor and provide someone yourself.
Our party supervisors will organise games, give instructions, ensure safety and return your guests to you in the party room after a thoroughly great time. However parents remain responsible for the behaviour of all children in their party and one parent must be available at all times during the duration of the party.

Following your sports hall time we’ll provide an area within the party room for you to further entertain your guests. Tables, chairs and water are provided you’ll need to provide the food, drink and birthday cake. All food brought into Sporting Edge must be non-cooked snack food (E.g. Sandwiches, crisps, shop bought cakes etc). We ask that the party room is left tidy and fit for our other customers to use.

How to book
Parties can be booked up to a year in advance, subject to availability. To check availability please contact Sporting Edge. You will need to complete a Party Booking Form, which will detail conditions of hire and full payment is required to secure your party date and time. Payments can be made using cash, cheque with guarantee card, credit or debit card.
