High Achievers Scholarship
Outstanding school leavers who achieve 360 UCAS points in their final A2 (or equivalent) exams, and who are not eligible for the National Scholarship Programme, may be eligible to be considered for a High Achievers Scholarship.
Scholarship Amount
- £1,000 (paid over the first year of study).
Eligibility
- The scholarship is only open to Edge Hill applicants from the UK, EU, Isle of Man and Channel Islands;
- Applicants must have submitted their UCAS application by the January deadline;
- Applicants must be applying to study a full time undergraduate degree;
- Direct Entry applicants and all applicants who qualify for the National Scholarship Programme will not be eligible for a High Achievers Scholarship.
360 UCAS Points:
- The 360 UCAS points must be achieved from a maximum of 3 A Levels, or from equivalent Level 3 qualifications (AS Levels, and qualifications equating to AS Levels, will not be accepted);
- Only qualifications attracting a UCAS tariff score will be accepted. For the full list of valid qualifications please refer to the UCAS Tariff Tables;
- The 360 UCAS points must be achieved in the year of entry and no later than 31st August 2012;
- The final award must be achieved in one sitting;
- Qualifications achieved in previous years will not be included in the 360 count.

Successful Applicants
Successful applicants can expect the £1,000 award to be paid in two instalments over the first year of the programme.
