The Young Victoria (Jean-Marc Vallée, 2009) will be screened on Thursday 25th March 2010 at 7:30pm in the Studio Theatre. The film is a PG certificate.

Emily Blunt delivers an incredibly compelling performance as Queen Victoria in the turbulent first years of her reign. Rupert Friend portrays Prince Albert, the suitor who wins her heart and becomes her partner in one of history's greatest romances. Together they capture the joy of two young people whose destinies have been preordained and whose decisions have been made for them, realising that their mutual regard is something all their own. This is a love story, set amongst all the intrigue of the court and also features Miranda Richardson, Paul Bettany and Jim Broadbent.
