The Rose Theatre was built in the 1960s, originally as a venue for Edge Hill's drama students, however it threw its doors open to the public in 1993.
Since that time, the Rose has gone from strength-to-strength and developed into a well-known professional theatre that plays host to high-profile touring companies. Throughout the year, around 75 productions take to the stage over two seasons running from January - June and September - December.
Friday 25th May 7:30pm
Saturday 26th May 7:30pm
Wednesday 13th June 10:30am
Posthumously named in honour of Robert Altman's film of the same name, Short Cuts provides an excellent opportunity to see both entertaining and thought-provoking films that you may have missed or would like to see again.
