Project Monitoring
The project twill be monitored by a steering group that will meet a number of times throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.
Project Operation
Project operation will be via the Project Management Group and will include:
- Dean of Learning Services & SOLSTICE Director
- eQT Project Co-ordinator
- Learning Services and SOLSTICE Research Co-ordinator
- SOLSTICE manager
Project Workpackages
Project workpackages are overseen and led by the Project Co-ordinator, and other key members of the project team, as appropriate.
