I’d definitely recommend Edge Hill to anyone thinking of coming to the UK to study.

“I really enjoy my course at Edge Hill and my studies were the main reason I moved to a new country.

Course content was one of my major criteria and I loved what I had read about the Creative Writing and Media Studies course. As well as this, one of the International Officers stayed in contact with my mother during my year out and it was this personal touch that helped me to decide to study here.

When I’m not studying I have a great time playing for the University’s badminton team. This includes taking part in training session and matches as well as social events, including the weekly fancy dress. The general banter and team spirit we have is great and it is really good fun.

Having been born and brought up in Mumbai, I do sometimes miss the big city lifestyle, but Liverpool, Manchester and Southport are all nearby and the public transport system is really good, so I get the best of both worlds.

I’d definitely recommend Edge Hill to anyone thinking of coming to the UK to study. It’s a close-knit community, has a beautiful campus, a good support system for home and international students, plus friendly people and staff who do their best to help and guide you with whatever you need.

I’ve had three of the best years of my life here, and I couldn’t be happier.”
