Student Life
Student Union
Edge Hill Students’ Union (EHSU) is a democratic membership organisation that represents the interests of all students at Edge Hill. All students automatically become a member when they enrol on a course at the University.
EHSU has four elected full time sabbatical officers, including the Union President and three Vice Presidents, one for each of the University’s three faculties. These officers are elected by the student membership and it is their responsibility along with the Students’ Union staff team, to work towards improving both your academic and social experience during your time here.
There are many different ways to get involved with the Students’ Union, such as becoming a course representative, joining one of our many societies or sports teams, getting involved with volunteering projects or simply by coming to the Students’ Union offices and expressing an interest in something we currently do, or you would like to see us do. In addition to this any student can stand in the elections for one of the full time sabbatical positions.
