Project Monitoring
Project monitoring is via the SOLSTICE Steering Group - SOLSTICE is Edge Hill’s Centre for Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CETL) focused on supported online and blended learning.
The Steering Group includes:
- Pro Vice-Chancellor Academic (Chair)
- Dean of Teaching & Learning Development & SOLSTICE Academic Director
- Dean of Learning Services & SOLSTICE Director
- SOLSTICE Manager
- eQT Project Co-ordinator
- HEA critical friend
- Representatives from partner organisations
- Representatives from the HEA, JISC and HEFCE
The Steering Group will meet in:
- October 2007
- February 2008
- June 2008
Project Operation
Project operation will be via the Project Management Group and will include:
- Dean of Teaching & Learning Development & SOLSTICE Academic Director
- Dean of Learning Services & SOLSTICE Director
- SOLSTICE Manager
- eQT Project Co-ordinator
- Learning Technology Development Manager
Project Workpackages
Project workpackages are overseen by the eQT Project Co-ordinator, and led by the Co-ordinator and other key members of the project team, as appropriate.
