Dyslexia Matters
Edge Hill University is one of the UK's largest providers for the National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordination and the Specialist Dyslexia Training for Teachers programme. Today on campus the University's first ever conference about Dyslexia took place, with over 100 delegates hearing from a range of keynote speakers on how children with dyslexia can be better supported in the classroom.
Here, Partnership Development Co-ordinator Chris Joynson talks about these two important projects being delivered by the University's Faculty of Education and the positive effect each will have on Special Educational Needs provision in the future.
