New offices open in China
Edge Hill is continuing to take its place on the world stage with a new internationalisation strategy. As part of this vision, the University opened its China Representative Office in Beijing this week.
Edge Hill is home to students and staff from all over the world and from many different walks of life. It's a vibrant, diverse University where everyone is made to feel welcome.
This latest investment seals the University's commitment to internationalisation and extends its presence in China.
Pro Vice-Chancellor Dr David Law, who is closely involved in the ‘student experience strand' within the second stage of the Prime Minister's Initiative for International Education, officially opened the new facility. He was accompanied by Dr Peter Townley, Associate Dean for Faculty of Education, Dr Iona Huang, Director for the Centre for International Education, together with Andy Qi and Lily Lu, who are both Directors at the new China Representative Office.
