Noble Women

Artist, poet and Edge Hill University alumnus Alice Lenkiewicz has an inspiring exhibition on this month at Liverpool Cathedral.

Noble Women is showing from 2^nd to 27^th August and is a selection of oil paintings depicting six pioneering women from the Noble Windows of the Lady Chapel inside the Cathedral.

Grace Darling, Kitty Wilkinson, Agnes Jones, Elizabeth Fry, Josephine Butler and Christina Rossetti were all incredible, brave, radical women whose stories are told through Alice's work..

Alice graduated from Edge Hill University in 2001 with a BA Hons in Art and Design and English, followed by a Masters in Writing Studies in 2003.
