The Law Offers Light Relief for Managers at Edge Hill Event

Deputy Lieutenant of Merseyside and well-known Southport solicitor Michael Braham will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of Edge Hill University's Post Graduate/Post Experience Management Alumni Association on November 8.

Michael, a partner at Brighouses solicitors, will give a talk on "the lighter side of the Law," providing an amusing behind-the scenes glimpse of legal life. Former management students are all welcome to attend.

Michael will share some of the many anecdotes he has built up during his experiences as a solicitor, many drawn from his regular appearances at North Sefton Magistrates Court.

Michael is also Vice President of Southport Football Club.

The evening will begin at 6pm with light refreshments and an opportunity to network. Following Michael's talk there will be a short discussion to plan the launch of a management symposium that will enable managers to work together to tackle issues in the workplace and to share best practice.

Admission is free to the event which takes place at Edge Hill's main campus in St Helens Road, Ormskirk.
