Accommodation Team Look for Student Housing
The UK's fastest growing university is seeking landlords with furnished property or lodgings to rent within commuting distance of Ormskirk.
Over the past few years, Edge Hill has seen a massive growth in its popularity due to award-winning courses as well as one of the most generous student support packages in the country. And now the University is looking for people in West Lancashire with rooms or vacant properties to let to students.
Kate McAdam, Accommodation Manager at Edge Hill, said: "This year the University has received a marked increase in the number of applications for study. As a result of this high demand, we are looking for private landlords to rent out good quality accommodation for students."
Homeowners can expect to earn up to £65 per week, depending on whether the students are provided with meals. All properties will be inspected by the accommodation team and they will need a gas safety certificate.
If you would like to receive a property owner pack then please call 01695 584200 or email accommodationteam@edgehill.ac.uk for more information.
