The Emerald Gerald Brown Award is a prestigious accolade for researchers investigating regeneration and urban policy, named after the first UK researcher to develop the property price index.
Joanna, who has worked at Edge Hill since February 2003, said: "I am thrilled that my work has been formally recognised by the European Real Estate Society. My colleagues and I hope that the article will be a useful reference point for professionals, as well as those studying investment performance. "
Joanna?s research project, Benchmarking of Urban Regeneration Property Price Index, measures the performance of property located in urban regeneration locations.
