Your knowledge and experience of ICT will be invaluable in this technical support and development role. Joining a diverse student support service with a strong culture of creative team work, you will provide support and training in the use of ICT within the Faculty of Education. A key aspect of the role will be the installation and configuration of hardware and software and the administration and invigilation of online tests.
We are looking for someone with a wide range of ICT expertise, excellent communication skills and previous experience of working in an learner support context. Able to work as part of a team, you will have a strong commitment to customer care.
