An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and competent property management professional to join our growing Facilities Management Department. As part of the University's largest support department, you will lead our in-house Property Services Team and selected suppliers, with overall responsibility for buildings and grounds maintenance, refurbishments and alterations and energy management.
Developing and implementing a strategy to achieve the highest quality services and facilities, you will develop and maintain management systems that ensure consistent high performance in areas of customer service, health and safety, quality and financial management. Supported by a dedicated team of specialist managers and supervisors, it will be your primary objective to embed customer service excellence into all aspects of service delivery within Property Services.
We are looking for a professional senior manager, with qualifications and experience in property and estates management, who is ambitious, enthusiastic and above all committed to the development of a first class high performing team.
