Partner Institutions
The Department for Sport and Physical Activity is engaged in a new partnership between Edge Hill University and UK Sport, the “International Development through Excellence and Leadership in Sports” programme (IDEALS). The department is also currently developing a relationship with the University of Ghana, including a Leverhulme Trust funded research project.
The English Department, as part of the British Academy UK-Africa Academic Partnership 2010-2012, is engaged in research into “Language Practices and Values among Young People in Ghana”. Partner universities for this research project are the University of Ghana and the University of Education Winneba.
